Nest Thermostat Cold Mode Issue

Hi everyone, I’m reaching out for some help with my Nest thermostat. I’ve been using it for quite some time now, and it’s worked perfectly except for one small issue that’s been bugging me. This spring, when I tried switching to cooling mode for the first time, I noticed something odd—hot air was blowing out instead of cool air. That was unexpected because it worked fine last summer. I checked the settings and even tried switching the B/O configuration, but neither setting fixed the problem. The thermostat still sends hot air when it should be cooling. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this or if there’s a known fix. I’ve heard that sometimes firmware updates can resolve such issues, but I’m not sure how to check if my Nest is up to date. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I’m hoping to get this sorted out so I can enjoy the cool breeze this summer. Thanks in advance for your help!
