Hi everyone, I’ve recently set up four Netatmo cameras—two Welcome and two Presence models—and I’m encountering an issue where the images from these cameras aren’t showing up in the Homey app. I’ve followed the standard setup process, installed the plugin, and everything seems to connect correctly. Interestingly, the Presence camera’s light is controllable, and I can switch it on and off without any issues. However, the live view and recorded footage aren’t accessible, which is quite frustrating.I’ve tried troubleshooting by resetting the cameras, checking the network connection, and ensuring the Homey app is up to date. I’ve also verified that the cameras are correctly paired with the Homey hub. Despite all these efforts, the problem persists. It’s worth noting that other devices, like my Doorbird camera, display images without any issues, which makes me think the problem is specific to the Netatmo cameras.I’m wondering if there’s a known issue with the Netatmo plugin or if there are any additional steps I might have missed during the setup.
