Network-500 error on energy management service

Hello! For over a months now i keep getting Request failed. Try again later (Network-500) error each time a try to acces the energy management service (automatic, load or rated). I tried restarting routers, hubs, phone, activate and deactivate services, but to no avail. I will attach some pictures to better describe the error. Please
