Hey everyone, I just installed a new doorbell camera, and I have to say, the installation process was super smooth! The camera itself is working really well, and I love the clarity of the video feed. However, I’ve run into a bit of a snag with Alexa. When I say, ‘Show me the camera,’ the Echo screen does display the feed, but the picture is sideways—it’s horizontal instead of portrait. I’ve tried adjusting the camera angle, but it doesn’t seem to fix the issue. Does anyone know how I can correct this? I’d really appreciate any tips or advice you might have. Thanks in advance!
