I’ve wanted a smart switch that offers the ability to control a bathroom light and bathroom exhaust fan. The switch is a double gangway. It’s got two switches on one single panel. This would be nice for automations to turn the fan on automatically when the humidity reaches a certain percentage.

Thanks for the idea!

I agree with this completely, is really difficult to come up with a working solution

You could do this with a H2 2-Channel switch and T1 Temp / Hum sensor (or W100) or by just adding a T2 Relay.
So with a H2 2-Channel, channel 1 would control the light and channel 2 would control the fan.
Automation…
- When C1 on, turn on C2
- When C1 off, turn off C2
- When Humidity does something (level or rises to etc.) turn on C2
- When Humidity does something (level or drops by etc.) turn off C2
With a T2 Relay you’d be doing something similar but could run your normal light switch.
Just divert the light wire via the T2 C1 and wire the fan only into C2.
Then set up your automations and away you go!
It would also work with Alexa, etc.
