Hi,
I installed successfully a new U200 but there are not enough stickers in the box so that I can glue the lock to the door.
Where can I get additional foam layers & stickers to make it solid?

Hi @mike12 ! Not enough stickers? Can’t believe… there are plenty of it in the box - only if you need to remount and need another batch… then it might be not enough.
Maybe you made something wrong?! Can you post a pic of your installation?
Otherwise I would contact the support and ask for the necessary items

It looks like the key is too long, it should not be visible. The manual states the key should have maximum length of 39mm.
You need to shorten the key (the key handle).
This is how a correct installation looks like.
Btw the lock has a spring and you need to push it all the way before screwing the front module into the backplate. But in this case, it really looks like the key is too long

I forgot three tiny screws inside the lock

Hey @DEChrisE , you nailed it.
I forgot to tighten the three very, very tiny screws to mount the cylinder properly.

Glad you got this resolved, I thought the screws didn’t hold the lock because of the pressure of the long key
