Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience and hopefully get some advice. I recently upgraded my UPS to a Backups Pro 700 after my old one started giving me the low battery warning, especially when I printed documents. It was really frustrating because sometimes it would even cause my computer to shut down mid-print. I thought the new UPS would solve the problem, but it’s still happening! Last night, I was printing some PDFs and boom—the low battery warning popped up again, and my computer turned off. The battery is fully charged and the UPS is online, so I’m really confused. I’ve checked the manual and done some quick research online, but nothing seems to help. Has anyone else experienced this with their UPS? Any tips or solutions would be greatly appreciated! I’m really hoping to get this sorted out before it causes any more issues. Thanks in advance for your help!
