For over a month, I haven’t had data for any devices with energy statistics for “Today” and “Month”; only the “Real Time” display shows any information.
I ask the support but no response at this time.
What can I do ?

It looks like a widespread global issue right now. If you check this thread: Smart eu plug consumption data disappeared - #6 by ott_silver you’ll see that many users are experiencing the exact same problem with their consumption data disappearing.
There’s nothing wrong with your local setup or devices. Hopefully, they deploy a fix soon.
