No lights flashing on the doorbell G410

My doorbell G410 looks like it is death. It worked for several days, but all of a sudden it stopped flashing. All lights are off now.

In the app it shows as an ‘network connection fail’.

I’ve tried several resets of the chime and doorbell, tried wired and batteries. Nothing is happening. Anyone any other ideas?

Try resetting to factory settings (press the button of the internal unit with the speaker 10 times). If it was hanging on the influence - make sure that you observed the temperature conditions recommended by the manufacturer.

Thanks, but that doesn’t do the trick. Temperature and other weather conditions can not be an issue. I emailed Aqara already, but their response takes some time…
