I bought your POE 5 camera. I tried to run your iOS app but cannot log in at all. The checkbox for confirming the terms and conditions is not working, so I cannot log into your application. What the hell is that?
Hi. The checkbox works for me. Try restarting your iPhone. If that doesn’t work, try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it.
