The U400 lock isn’t giving me any notifications when the lock is locked, unlocked, or when there’s an issue with the door is jammed. The lock is set up with the Aqara M3 hub and then my iPhone 17 Pro running iOS 26.2.1. I checked all notification settings in the iOS settings for the Aqara Home as well as in the Aqara Home app settings. I’ve also tried to factory reset the U400 lock but the issue is still there.

Hi @vinhnguyen1703 - With a lot of Aqara products the notifications are not built in. There are two ways to do this.
The simplest is to create your notifications under automations. When Locked → Send notification.
You can also add your lock to your Basic Guard settings, but then lock and unlock will be critical alerts.
In the Apple Home app, the U400, like any other smart lock, should be listed in “Home Settings” under “Locks”. There should then be an item for “Status and Notifications” further down. Is the “Activity Notification” button activated there?
