I am trying to add my G5 Pro to Aqara app and it is giving me the error message that Bluetooth is disconnected. I have factory reset the camera numerous times as well as my iPhone. I have iPhone 17 Pro Max running IOS26. Please help!

Could you please check the specific app permissions? This error usually happens when iOS restricts the app’s access to the hardware, regardless of your global settings.
Please go to iOS Settings ->Apps → scroll to Aqara Home and ensure these two are turned ON:
- Bluetooth
- Local Network

Could you please confirm the LED status specifically during the pairing attempt? Was it blinking yellow?
Also, regarding the reset you mentioned:
Did you perform a Network Reset (holding the button for 10s) or a Factory Reset (pressing the button 10 times quickly)? Or both?

When adding a camera, do you get to the option to scan the smartphone screen?
Additional question, is the camera Wi-Fi or PoE?

I was able to get all 3 cameras to Apple Home and they are working as expected. When I add to the Aqara app, that is when the recording stops on Apple Home and changes to Aqara app even those the recording settings are programmed correctly in Apple Home
