Hi needing some help I’ve managed to link my g400 doorbell to Alexa and it’s not linked with Apple home or anything else thinking it may be confusing itself by having multiple links. Everytime someone presses the doorbell it’s doesn’t open the camera on my Alexa devise like the ring doorbell does I have checked the Alexa settings and can see that it is ticked for alerts but I don’t know why it’s not working

I have mine set up in Apple Home and Alexa. I just tested with my Echo Show 15 and it works fine. How do you have yours paired to Alexa? Mine is through the Alexa skill.
