Not recording when you’re standing a longer period in front of camera

Hi all,

Please help… our Aqara G410 does not record when someone is in front of the camera for a longer period of time (maybe 20+ seconds?) and when not pressing the doorbell. What am I doing wrong? We have our bicycles right in front of our doorbell so a thief has free game now.

Hi.
Check out this forum post—you’ll find some good tips on how to get it working. Disabling the “Proximity Trigger” function really helped me.
