Is there a plan to make the G410 allow a call to appear (without a notification) and a picture next to it when pressed to ring?
This is enabled by the TpLink Tapo - I’m thinking of swapping the G410 for Tapo.
@Mirkej You seem to be experiencing an issue with the G410 not having the feature where a call appears without a notification and a picture next to it when pressed. You can contact customer support for assistance. Contact the Aqara Home App Customer Service Team (Profile> Help & Feedback > Customer Service) or scan the QR code:

Yes, the new wired doorbell G400 we released at this CES exhibition now supports the app to automatically pop up a video screen after ringing the bell, two way audio intercom, and quick reply. We will support this capability on G410 through firmware and app upgrades, and I expect it to be in April.

Considering that this already works with the competition, this would be a very big added value for Aqara.
I hope this feature will be available as soon as possible - but I’m surprised that it’s not available at all.
