Hello,
In my Aqara system, with MS1 Gen 2 hub and various sensors, I add the G100 chamber. As a result, I want to subscribe to Home Guardian to receive notifications (sms, emails) every time the alarm system goes off. Is this possible for every event or just for chamber motion detection? Does it work if you detect the opening of the door equipped with sensors? Does the Aqara cloud record all my events? Thanks for the answers to my questions!

2. Door Sensor Triggering Alerts

Yes, door opening detection works! If you have a door sensor (e.g., Aqara Door and Window Sensor), it acts as the “first line of defense.” When triggered in HomeGuardian’s arming state, it will trigger an alarm and recording, which should also prompt notifications.

3. Aqara Cloud Event Recording

With the HomeGuardian Protect Plan, event cloud storage is included (e.g., 90 days of event storage as part of the free trial). However, “all events” depends on your setup—only events configured in your security automation (like sensor triggers) will be recorded and stored in the cloud.
