Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to the community for some advice on integrating Nuki locks with our WooCommerce shop. We recently connected our Nuki locks to a WordPress-based online store for our client, who rents out products stored in a secure warehouse. The system is working well so far, but we’re looking to take it to the next level.
Currently, customers receive a single Nuki code after paying for their rental. However, we’d love to automate the process further by generating two codes: one for collecting the product and another for returning it. Ideally, these codes would be valid only during the rental period and deactivate automatically once the rental ends. For example, if someone rents a product for 3 days, the code would work for those 3 days and then expire.
Has anyone else tackled a similar integration? Are there any plugins, tools, or best practices you’d recommend for automating code generation and expiration based on rental periods? We’re especially interested in hearing from those who have experience with Nuki and WooCommerce integrations. Your insights would be invaluable!
Looking forward to your thoughts and suggestions. Thanks in advance for your help! ![]()
