Nuki Smart Lock 4.0 Pro WiFi Reconnection Issue

Hi everyone, I recently encountered an issue with my Nuki Smart Lock 4.0 Pro after updating to firmware 4.3.10. The lock was working perfectly before the update, but now it fails to reconnect to my 2.4 GHz WiFi after any brief disconnection. This is quite puzzling, especially since the changelog mentioned improved WiFi stability, which hasn’t been an issue for me before.

The problem occurs in a few scenarios: during the nightly WiFi channel check, when I disable and re-enable the lock’s WiFi in the app, or even when I try to connect it to my phone’s mobile hotspot. The app shows a successful connection, but the signal strength bar remains red, and the lock doesn’t reconnect. The only workaround is to remove and reinsert the battery, which is inconvenient.

I’ve tried various troubleshooting steps, including restarting the lock, the router, and even the entire system, but nothing seems to help. I’m wondering if others have experienced similar issues or if there’s a known fix for this. Has anyone successfully downgraded to a previous firmware version? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
