Ongoing device failure alarm in E1 thermostats with M1 hub

Hi,

Ever since I installed 5 E1 thermostats I keep getting the 'device failure alarm’s - very frequently - at least 4-6 times a day, across all devices no matter if the temperature is set high or low. I kept resetting at the beginning, but with no stable results I stopped now. The firmware is up to date, the windows are not open, despite the suggestion in the error. It is annoying and definitely not working as intended. Is anyone also experiencing it and, perhaps, anyone has any fix? I would also appreciate a producer’s support.

Hello, try to disable valve inspection in the settings.

Hi, welcome to the forum. First of all, turn off these settings.

I also recommend looking into the basic alarm settings, maybe something is enabled there. Figure 4, Lesson 2 Setting up the APP security system (security system trigger settings options)
