Hey everyone, I’ve been really enjoying the integration of my Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 Pro with my HIKVision door station. It’s been a game-changer for convenience, but I’ve noticed something that’s been on my mind. The response time from pressing the ‘open door’ button in the HIKVision app to the Nuki lock actually unlocking is a bit slow—about 4-5 seconds. I’m curious if others have experienced this and if there are any tips to optimize this process.
I’ve checked the network settings and everything seems to be on point, but maybe there’s something I’m missing. Perhaps adjusting some settings on the Nuki app or the HIKVision integration could help? I’m also wondering if others have managed to get a faster response time.
