I’ve been really impressed with the Blink cameras I’ve installed around my home. The battery-operated outdoor models have been a game-changer for monitoring my property, and I recently added some indoor mini cameras to keep an eye on my garage. However, I encountered an interesting issue when setting up the garage cameras. They work perfectly when the lights are off, detecting motion and capturing footage as expected. But as soon as I turn the lights on, whether manually or through opening the garage door, the cameras stop recording motion. This is puzzling because they still detect smaller movements, like bugs flying around, when the lights are off. I’ve tried adjusting the auto IR settings to low, medium, and high intensity, but none of these changes seem to resolve the issue. I’m curious if others have experienced similar problems and how they’ve managed to optimize their camera settings for both day and night scenarios. Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated!
