Optimizing Color Calibration for Govee Devices

Hey everyone! I’ve been really enjoying my Govee devices, especially the table lamp and the RGB strips. However, I noticed that the colors weren’t quite matching up when I first set them up. :star2:

After some research, I discovered that color calibration could make a huge difference. I decided to give it a try using some YouTube videos specifically designed for color calibration. The process was surprisingly straightforward! I used a white screen video to adjust the brightness and balance, and then a color chart video to fine-tune the RGB settings.

I also found that adjusting the camera angle made a significant improvement. By positioning the camera slightly closer to the screen, the colors became much more accurate. While I still notice a slight teal tint in the green tones, the overall improvement is remarkable! :tada:

If anyone has tips or tricks for further enhancing color accuracy, I’d love to hear them! Let’s share our experiences and make the most out of our Govee setups.
