Hey everyone, I’m diving into the world of Home Assistant automations and wanted to share my journey! 
I recently set up an IKEA switch to control a lamp, and while it works perfectly for turning the light on or off, I’m curious if there’s a smarter way to handle both actions in one automation. Right now, I have separate automations for turning the lamp on and off, but I suspect there’s a more efficient way to combine them, maybe using conditions based on which button is pressed.
I’ve been experimenting with different configurations, but I’m not quite there yet. If anyone has tips or experience with combining switch functions into a single automation, I’d love to hear your insights! 
On a lighter note, it’s amazing how these small tweaks can make such a big difference in daily life. I’m really enjoying the flexibility and creativity that Home Assistant offers. Looking forward to learning more from the community!
