Optimizing Tado for Dual Underfloor Heating Zones

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some technical advice on optimizing my Tado system for managing two underfloor heating zones. I recently upgraded from an oil boiler to an air-source heat pump, which has changed how I need to manage my heating system. Historically, I used two Honeywell programmers—one for hot water and one for the UFH zones upstairs and downstairs. With the transition to Tado, I consolidated the UFH into a single zone using the wireless receiver, but now I want to revert to having two distinct zones without worrying about hot water management, as that’s now handled by the heat pump controller.

My setup includes a Samsung 16kw heat pump, wired smart thermostats in each room controlling the TRV on both the 1st floor and ground floor UFH manifolds, and a Tado wireless receiver. I’ve read suggestions about installing wired thermostats in the boiler room for each zone, which Tado could configure as receivers, but I’m not sure if this is the right approach or how to proceed. I’d really appreciate any guidance or tips from those who’ve successfully managed similar setups. Thanks in advance for your help!
