I recently installed Tado radiator valves in my vacation home, which has 9 bedrooms, each equipped with a radiator. My goal is to ensure that none of the radiator knobs can be set higher than 21°C. I’ve set this limit via the Tado Bridge, but I’m encountering some unexpected behavior. For instance, adjusting the temperature from 18°C to 19°C triggers the system to set it to 21°C. Similarly, turning the radiator off to 5°C also results in it being set to 21°C. I’ve reported this to support, but I’m curious if anyone else has faced a similar issue or can shed light on any potential flaws in my setup.
