Hi everyone, I’m in the process of migrating some devices from SmartThings to Hubitat and want to ensure a smooth transition while maintaining compatibility with my existing Philips Hue setup. I’m currently running two Zigbee hubs: SmartThings on Channel 19 and Hue on Channel 25. Now, I need to configure Hubitat on a separate channel to avoid interference.
I’ve heard that channel selection is crucial for minimizing interference, but I’m not entirely sure which channel would be ideal for Hubitat. I’ve read that channels 11, 15, and 20 are commonly recommended, but I want to make sure I choose one that won’t overlap with my existing setup or cause issues with other devices in my network.
Has anyone successfully run multiple Zigbee hubs on different channels? What challenges did you face, and how did you overcome them? Any tips on ensuring seamless communication between devices and avoiding signal conflicts would be greatly appreciated!
