Our #sleepbuddy is a 3-year-old 100lb Red Wooley Siberian Husky named Kira. She’s affectionately known as Keeker, Sweet Potatos, big booty Judy, fluff-monster, kikikins, and she thinks she’s the size of a kitten! No matter where we are—our bedroom, on the couch watching movies, or laying on the floor—she’s always cuddled up right next to us. In our queen-size bed, she sleeps right in between my husband and me. We wouldn’t have it any other way! 
A little backstory on our favorite #sleepbuddy: she was adopted from a husky rescue at the young age of 6 months old. She was placed in 5 different homes before she became ours. Her first home was terribly abusive. The first owner kept her crated for 16+ hours a day, every day. He would feed her hot dogs through the kennel. When she was let out of the crate, he would kick her for any accidents she had. Her other 4 homes gave up on her within 1-2 weeks. When she came into our lives by divine intervention, she was scared. We knew she would be ours forever.
