I’ve been diving into home automation lately, and I must say, it’s been an incredible journey! One of my recent projects has been setting up outdoor lights with dimming capabilities and scheduling. The goal was to have the lights automatically adjust based on bedtime routines, but I ran into some challenges along the way. I tried creating a dashboard card with a slider and a timer, but the automation didn’t quite work as expected. I ended up tweaking the code and setting up a group for the lights, which finally got things working smoothly. It’s so satisfying when everything clicks into place!
Another fun project I’ve been working on is with my RGBIC wall lights.
