Hi everyone, I hope you’re all doing well! I’ve been having a bit of trouble with my outdoor lights not showing up on my mobile devices. I’ve set them up through the app, and they work perfectly when I’m at home, but as soon as I’m out and about, they just don’t appear on my phone. It’s a bit frustrating because I really rely on being able to check in on them when I’m away.
I’ve tried a few things to fix this. First, I made sure my internet connection is stable, and it seems to be fine. I also checked the app settings to ensure everything is up to date, and I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, just to be thorough. Still, no luck. The lights are there when I’m at home, but as soon as I step outside, they vanish from my phone.
I’m really hoping someone out there might have a solution or at least some advice on what else I can try. Maybe there’s a setting I’m missing or a common issue I haven’t come across yet. I’m also curious if others have experienced something similar. It would be great to hear how you all managed to resolve it!
On a positive note, I’m really enjoying how easy it is to control everything from the app when I’m at home. It’s just a shame that I can’t keep that same level of control when I’m away. I’m really looking forward to figuring this out so I can have peace of mind knowing my lights are always under my control, no matter where I am.
