My P100 sensors frequently shows door open even when closed. I have to reset it regularly to get it yo show closed. The sensor is in direct sight if hub about 20 ft away. Anyone know what could be causing this? I am guessing it has to do with angle the door opens in relation to the hub.

I’m assuming the issue you’re running into is that the device didn’t recognize the door as closed after it was opened and then shut, and it kept showing that the door was open for a long time, rather than the device mistakenly detecting the door as open when it was already actually closed and detected closed without anyone opening it(which is nearly impossible). If that’s the case, it’s most likely because the geomagnetic environment where the device is located is fluctuating a lot due to interference or latitude, causing the error between the device’s calibrated closed position and the actual position to exceed the set threshold. You could try setting the device’s sensitivity to the lowest (this will raise the threshold for detecting the closed state) and then recalibrate the sensor. Also, check if there are any magnetic or metal contains iron, cobalt, or nickel nearby, especially ones that might move, and if possible, try to move the device away from them.
