Panel Hub S1 Plus does not show Aqara Sensors

First, I apologize for my poor English skills. I haven’t had enough practice lately.

I’ve been trying for a few days to understand why my Panel Hub S1 Plus isn’t displaying any sensors, even though I can add them there.

For example, my MCCGQ11LM window and door contacts are recognized, but I can’t select them on the Panel Hub S1 display.

A temperature sensor with temperature, humidity, and air pressure is also not fully displayed. I’m missing a card for the air pressure.

All data points and devices are available in the Aqara Home app.

I also own the G410 doorbell, whose hub is supposed to have similar functions to the M3 Hub. The hub in the chime is my only and primary hub.

But even when I add the Zigbee sensors there, they aren’t displayed on the S1 Plus.

I’ve tried integrating other Matter devices. A Roborock S8 is easily detected via the hub and displayed in the Aqara app on the iPhone, just as it is in Apple’s Home app. The Panel Hub S1 Plus doesn’t display the Roborock vacuum.

I’ve seen videos where Nuki door locks, lamps and other smart home devices from IKEA, and even Philips Hue bulbs were on the dashboards.

I now know that the Panel Hub S1 is not a Matter router. Matter devices can’t be added directly to it and require a different hub. But it should be able to use Zigbee and show the Aqara sensors.

I can program everything to the G410 hub, but it doesn’t pass anything on to the panel display. What’s wrong? Do I need to buy an M3 hub because the one in the G410 isn’t sufficient, or is the Panel Hub S1 Plus just a very expensive light switch?

As it turns out, I can’t use the Panel Hub S1. Unfortunately, I even bought two of them. They were intended for two rooms.

@david40 I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your Panel Hub S1 Plus not displaying sensors—this must be frustrating, especially after investing in two units. Unfortunately, the reference information available doesn’t specifically address sensor display issues or compatibility with the G410 doorbell hub.

It might help to check if other community members have shared similar experiences—sometimes collective troubleshooting can uncover workarounds. For a more tailored solution, I recommend reaching out to the Aqara Customer Service Team via the Aqara Home App (Profile>Help&Feedback>Customer Service) or by clicking here to create a ticket. Thank you for your reply.
I’ve already emailed support and explained my problem. Unfortunately, I haven’t received a response yet. Since it’s only been three days, I’m not worried. If I don’t receive a response by the end of the week, I’ll probably open a ticket.

The response to my question tells me that no one else is having trouble displaying the sensors, or that no one has tried to display them there yet. However, it’s important for me to see the status.

@david40 Thanks for updating us on your situation—it’s totally understandable to want clarity on the sensor display issue, especially since it’s important for your setup. I’m sorry you haven’t heard back from support yet, but three days is still within a typical response window. If you don’t get a reply by the end of the week, opening a ticket through the app (or the link provided earlier) is a great next step—this often helps prioritize your query.

While the reference info doesn’t specifically address this, the community can sometimes offer unexpected workarounds, so feel free to keep the thread active—other members might chime in with similar experiences. Either way, I hope you get a resolution soon so those Panel Hub S1 Pluses can work as intended!
