Hello, I want to report a recurring issue with the app. I’ve created periodic access codes—for example, every Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:55 p.m.—but the person I share the code with is unable to use it. The code doesn’t work, and they can’t enter.
This has happened multiple times on different days and time slots, even though everything is set up correctly.
Also, in the app’s password preview, all my periodic codes are shown as “permanent,” and the correct start time, duration, or repeat rules are not displayed. This makes it really hard to track or verify what I’ve actually set.
Has anyone else experienced these issues? Any tips on how to make sure periodic codes work properly?
