Poor video quality

I have the Doorbell camera G410. It is hard wired in using the plug from the store. The hub is about 2m away. all that is between the bell and hub is the front, pvc door, and a glass porch door,.

All firmware is up to date,.

I havea 256GB SD card, SanDisk, which exceeds min speed specs, for continuous local recording.

I had an issue with face detection being poor but that’s improved wih suggestions on here.

I have my device linked via smartthings.

The issue is the video quality is terrible. Recordings both local and cloud are very stuttery, and about 3-5 frames a second. Sometimes it freezes for several seconds.

The Doorbell is linked to my Samsung TV, and when the doorbell rings appears on my tv or should.

However when the doorbell is rang, the doorbell, times out. also connection to the app takes way too long. The notification the bell rang is almost instant, but connection to bell camera takes 30-40 seconds. which is oo late.

I’ve also noticed when the doorbell is rang the video feed, just freezes.
Any idea how to improve it.? as a doorbell camera its nearly useless.
