A while back, I purchased some Govee H7020 String Lights for my home, and while they were working perfectly at first, six of the bulbs stopped lighting up after some time. It was so easy to use! I simply went to my profile, hit the Rapid Replacement button, entered my Amazon order number, described the issue, and even sent some photos. Within no time at all, Govee had processed my request and sent me replacement bulbs. They didn’t just send replacements; they also reached out to ensure everything was working properly after the replacement.
