I recently purchased the Govee H70B1 Curtain Lights and I’m absolutely thrilled with them! These lights are a fantastic addition to my home, offering a unique and eye-catching display that really enhances the ambiance of any room. The fact that they are IP65 waterproof adds an extra layer of convenience, allowing me to use them both indoors and outdoors without any worries about water damage.One of the standout features of these lights is their ease of use. The control box is straightforward to set up, and the app integration works seamlessly. I love how I can control the lights manually, through the app, or even via voice commands using Google Assistant. This level of flexibility makes them perfect for both casual use and more elaborate setups.The LED strands are a joy to work with, and the ability to twist them to point the LEDs in various directions adds a lot of creative potential. However, I did notice that the power adapter is only IP44 rated, which is something to keep in mind if you plan to use these lights in more exposed outdoor settings.While the lights are a blast to use, there are a couple of areas where I think Govee could improve. For instance, the ability to upload custom images or animations using .jpg and .gif files is currently limited, which would be a great feature to enhance in future updates. Additionally, saving single curtain DIY designs is manageable, but the inability to save dual curtain setups is a bit frustrating.Overall, the Govee H70B1 Curtain Lights are a fantastic product that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to add a touch of uniqueness to their home decor. They are a great example of how smart lighting can elevate your living space, and I’m excited to see what innovations Govee brings to the table in the future!
