Hi, did you turn off the G3 camera, is the camera on?
G3 Camera has been on continuously…
The only change was three floors away, at the back of the house, where I changed the cable and USB outlet to a G100 camera, but the problem with the plug occurred over an hour later.
But as you can see from the log, it’s not stable.
What is the signal level, if the G3 camera is far away, then the communication problem is the reason for the Zigbee disconnection. 
Here’s what I see when I click on the three dots…
The Camera G3 is 2M away from the H2 plug, almost at the same height above the same floor and with no masonry walls between the two devices.
Although I did the pairing via Zigbee, it seems that the H2 device may have changed to Matter.

The only comparable issue with the Camera G3 was at 16:25 today, when G3 went offline
This outage of the G3 does not correspond with any offline periods for the H2.
I am just about to go up to that floor to see if the Search for device can restore connectivity. I’ll report back.
But I definitely paired via Zigbee! How can this be? I haven’t touched the plug. It was in a cupboard behind some furniture.
I tried the search for and got this message, even when the plug was only 2M away and in line of sight on the same floor as the G410.
BTW the outage showing this afternoon in the G3 log seems to have been system-wide. All cameras were offline. I think we had an internet outage.
I’m giving up.
I’ll get the earlier zigbee version Smart Socket when I return from holiday. The boiler will be switched off manually by me before we depart.

BTW this is what support says:
Sorry for the inconvenience caused. To use the Power Plug H2 in Zigbee or Thread mode with full functionality, your Aqara hub must be running firmware version 4.5.45_0017 or later. Compatible hub models include the matter hub : Hub M3, Hub M100, and Hub M200. The Hub M1S Gen2. Camera Hub G5 Pro, Video Doorbell Hub G410, Camera Hub G350, Camera Hub G3 and Camera Hub G2H Pro are not currently supported.
It’s going back to the vendor tomorrow. I just hope the queue in the Post Office is not too long.
You may be able to install such an Aqara socket. You can check with support if it is supported by the G3 camera.

But although Zigbee pairing with the G3 was successful, after a few hours, the H2 dropped Zigbee and defaulted to Matter.
In any case, the H2 is being taken to the Post Office as we speak.
Too much trouble. Too much time wasted.
