Hey everyone, I’ve been experiencing an interesting issue with my Arlo Pro 4 cameras. They’ve been working perfectly for months, but suddenly, the livestream in the app started acting up. Instead of the usual 2K resolution, it’s now showing as 4K, and there’s this weird overlay where it looks like someone’s hand is covering the lens. The audio still works fine, which is a relief, but the video quality is really off. I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps—rebooting the router, the base station, and even pulling the batteries out of the cameras—but nothing seems to fix it. It’s strange because the livestream works perfectly through the web interface on my computer. I’m wondering if there was a recent update to the app that might have caused this. I don’t recall seeing any updates for the base station or the cameras themselves. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I’m hoping the community might have some insights or solutions.
