Problems binding U200 with M100 hub

Hi All.

im struggling to get my U200 to bind with my M100 and just get the message

“aqara home-db55 connection failed”
it asks to check if ipv6 is supported, which it is samsung s23 ubiquity udm pro ect and says to reboot both phone and hub, which ive done several times.

Any advice much appreciated

You can try the steps below

  1. Update the firmware version and app version to the latest.
  2. Confirm if the M100 Hub and your phone are connected with the same local area network. If you have several Aqara matter controller, all of then need to under the same LAN
  3. Make sure if the enabled router is supported with iPV6. To add Matter devices, iPV6 should be supported. Turn it off and then turn it on again.
  4. After connecting Bluetooth, unlock the door lock via keypad to activate the keypad.
  5. Single press the “Set” button
  6. If the keypad is in low battery, replace the batteries at first before binding.

If the above step still not work, please create a new thread network for the hub M100 and save it, then bind it again:

Thanks Naomi.

Steps 1 through 6 done many times.
all devices are on there own iot lan, all fire wall rules have been disabled my router is a ubiquity UDM pro and ipv6 is enabled and my laptop gets a v6 ip address.

the hub however has an ipv4 address, does it need an ipv6?
