I’ve been trying to link Aqara Home to Google Home for weeks. At first it typically failed with a network error. Now I can complete the steps (after reselecting my region, which is the US) but the link is to “Simple security system.” And it does nothing. See attached screenshot.
I’ve unlinked and relinked many times. I purged cache and storage data. Checked location settings, and so one. It fees like a region issue, but I can’t figure it out and neither can Aqara’s support team.
Are others struggling with this? Ideas?
