Problems with Basic Protection

I activated the “Basic Protection” feature on my M200 and configured two door sensors. These normally control a doorbell (chime). Since activating the protection yesterday, the alarm goes off every time, and I can no longer modify any events.

Deactivating it makes no difference. It seems that the Basic Protection feature cannot be deactivated; is that possible? I also can’t remove the sensors from the protection settings.

How can I deactivate the alarm system (at least temporarily) until I’ve looked into it further? It seems to be very underdeveloped.
