There is already a panel with those sensores in it but it is only for china even so it works on Europe but you need an hub and use Chinese server for it.

The only thing that I am missing right now is an outdoor rain and wind sensor compatible with zigbee and matter or my be WiFi and matter ether way one will be nice to have and to not be so expensive ether
Unfortunately, I’ve been experiencing the same issue for quite a long time. Even when products are available, the stock is often very limited. For example, I currently use around 20 Aqara bulbs (GU10, RGB CCT) in my home. I was only able to purchase them by ordering a maximum of two at a time, and it took me about 2–3 months to get all of them.
Another issue is that when products such as the Aqara T1 Ceiling Light and Smart Light Switch H2 (4-Button, 2-Channel) go out of stock, third-party sellers often relist them at two or even three times the normal price.

To be honest, I really like Aqara products, but these supply and availability issues sometimes push me toward other brands. Unfortunately, I often end up encountering different problems with those products as well.

I’m looking for a smart thermostat / hub solution that can control a boiler and support both Thread and Zigbee devices.
Ideally, I’d like it to include a wall panel or physical interface for basic temperature control.
What I’m looking for:
- Boiler control
- Thread support
- Zigbee support
- A simple wall panel or thermostat display and adjustment directly from the device
- The device being a thread / zigbee hub itself.
- Good integration with Aqara Home, if possible
