I’m reaching out regarding an issue I’m encountering with my Qubino Flush Shutter ZMNHCD1 device. After setting it up as a Shutter (not in venetian mode) with limit switches, I’ve configured the following parameters:
- Parameter 71: Operating modes set to Shutter
- Parameter 74: Motor moving up/down time set to 75
- Parameter 76: Motor operation detection set to 0
- Parameter 85: Power consumption max delay time set to 0
The device successfully calibrates up and down, but post-calibration, the UI indicates it’s 100% open, and I can’t control it via the UI components. However, using the Service panel, I can fully open or close it (0% or 100%) but cannot set a specific position. The logs consistently show Level=254 regardless of the action performed, which seems unusual.
I suspect there might be an issue with how the device is interpreting the commands or reporting its status. I’m considering whether adjusting the motor operation detection (Parameter 76) or the motor moving time (Parameter 74) could resolve this. Additionally, I’m exploring if there’s a firmware update available for the device that might address these configuration issues.
If anyone has experience with this device or similar zwave shutters and could offer guidance, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and assistance!
