In this case, personally I would probably completely remove it from z2m and do a factory reset:
- remove device from z2m
- do a factory reset: double-click, then press (third click) and hold for 10 seconds
- then repair with z2m
After step 2, you might need to switch the protocol from Thread to Zigbee via Aqara Home app (not sure if necessary). In this case, don’t forget to remove the device from Aqara Home app again before proceeding with step 3.
