Radiator Valve W600 issue

The valve icon disappeared from device card and it is not possible to regulate temperature via app

The problem is not in conectivity.
Termostat is operating perfect in Aple Home.
The problem is in the Aqara app.
W600 is in zigbee mode.
Removing the batteries do not solve the issue.

I also had this error in Zigbee. Additionally, my W600 also didn’t regulate, the schedule played crazy. I sent it back yesterday.

Could you please delete the card and add it again? There was a configuration issue with the APP earlier.

Could you kindly let me know the specific meaning of “chaotic schedule settings”? Does it refer to difficulties in setting up the schedule, or that the schedule fails to execute after being set?

Deleting and adding the card did not solve the problem.
Removing device and adding again in the app worked.

The schedule worked, even though I set the temperature manually, forever. Multiple reinstallations and factory resets were unsuccessful, always the same. One thermostat heated only once, then nothing, the other didn’t stop heating. It doesn’t matter now, I sent everything back. I haven’t had such bad thermostats in the last few years. By the way: When I wanted to adjust the temperature on the thermostat by turning in one direction, the temperature first jumped to 26, then to 18, then to 19, then to 24 degrees, then to 5 degrees, etc. …

Have you tried changing this option in the app?

yes, I tried several options. I disabled also the timelines in the schedules, without success. After a few minutes, there was a temperature, I don’t know, were it was come from. On the Thermostat were other temperatures shown, in the app 26 degree. I don’t know, were it comes from, because wether the temperature was adjusted to 26 nor was it so warm… It had its own life…

We will release an optimized version of the temperature control algorithm next week. Additionally, the temperature displayed on the device you mentioned is the ambient temperature. When the device is first turned on, it shows the current temperature to assist you in deciding the target temperature to adjust.
