I když vypnu chytrý termostat radiátoru E1 (nastaví se nezamrzná teplota 5C), nedojde k uzavření ventilu a radiátor stále topí. Zkoušel jsem kalibraci ventilu a vše se zdá být O.K.

When 5 degrees is set, this is the anti-freeze mode. If you want to turn off the thermostat and stop the supply of coolant, it is recommended to press off in the application.
To jsem provedl. Zmáčknul jsem vypnutí termostatu a tím se taky nastavila nezamrzná telota 5 stupňů. Termostat ale zcela neuzavře ventil a radiátor topí dále.
Make sure your thermostatic valve is compatible with the E1. If the E1 doesn’t completely shut off the radiator, you may need an extension rod, as it doesn’t extend far enough to shut it off. Consult a professional for a more thorough analysis. The issue is with the thermostatic valve, not the Aqara E1.
