Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with reconnecting my cameras after they went offline. It was a bit frustrating at first, but I managed to figure it out without having to delete the system or lose any recordings. Here’s what I did:
First, I checked the network connection. I restarted both my router and the camera system to ensure everything was on the same network. Surprisingly, after a few minutes, one of the cameras came back online! That gave me hope.
Next, I looked into the system settings. I found an option to manually re-sync the cameras. It wasn’t the most intuitive process, but I followed the on-screen instructions step by step. To my relief, the rest of the cameras started reconnecting one by one.
I also noticed that the system had some pending updates. After updating the firmware, the connection became much more stable. I guess those updates were crucial!
