Rebuilding Zigbee Network Without Powering Down the Hub

Hey everyone, I’m reaching out for some advice on managing my Zigbee network. I’ve been using a C7 hub for my smart home setup, and while it’s been great, I’ve run into an issue that’s been a bit of a pain point. About six months ago, I suspect a power outage caused some corruption in the hub’s database, which essentially ‘bricked’ it. I was able to restore the database and set up a battery backup, but here’s the catch: the backup can’t be managed remotely. This means I can’t just shut down the hub, kill the power, and restart it when the Zigbee mesh gets unstable or devices stop responding. Instead, I have to physically unplug the hub, wait 30 minutes, and then plug it back in—a process that’s not exactly convenient, especially since I’m not always on-site.

I’m wondering if there’s a way to force the Zigbee mesh to rebuild itself without having to go through this cumbersome process. I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps, like resetting the devices and ensuring they’re within range, but nothing seems to stick. It would be amazing if there’s a workaround or a feature I haven’t discovered yet that could help me maintain a stable network without the need for frequent physical interventions. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.
