Hey everyone, I’m setting up surveillance at my parents’ holiday house and decided to go with Reolink cameras for the job. The property is pretty secluded, so deterrence is my main goal. I came across the Reolink Duo Floodlight POE and thought it would be perfect for the job. The idea is to have people or vehicles trigger the floodlight and siren to alert them they’re being recorded, hopefully making them flee. I can cover most of the property with two Duo Floodlight cameras, but I want to monitor some dead angles with two additional RLC-510A cameras. Now, the big question: Can I trigger the floodlight and siren on the Duo’s with the detection events from the 510a’s and/or the respective other Duo? The goal is to have any detection on any camera turn on all the flashlights and sirens. I know the stand-alone Floodlight POE has this feature, so it makes sense the Duo Floodlight should too, but I can’t find anything about it anywhere. If anyone has experience with this or knows a workaround, I’d really appreciate the help!
