Hi - does anyone know the size of the anchors & screws used to attach the backplate to the wall? One of my anchors broke off, I’ll plan to replace both. Thanks.

Thanks, unfortunately this just shows the diameter of the hole to drill. Not sizing of the anchor itself or the screw that goes into the anchor.
4. Screws & Wall Plugs
- Wall plugs (anchors):
- Type: Plastic (nylon or polypropylene)
- Size: ~6 × 30 mm (standard for lightweight devices)
- Purpose: Inserted into drilled holes for secure screw fastening.
- Screws:
- Type: Countersunk self-tapping screws
- Size: ~3.5–4 mm in diameter, ~25–30 mm long
- Material: Steel, possibly anti-corrosion coated.
I have showed all of the anchors & screw for G4/G410(they use the same ) below:
Wall Screws
Wedge Screws
External power terminal Screws

Any anchor with the same screw size should work.
I use Fischer DuoPower for everything, from the smallest to heaviest load.
Hi!
Actually you can use any standard countersunk screws or anchors, depending on your support.
For quality and durability, just make sure to use stainless steel screws ![]()
