Hey everyone, I’ve been using my smart cameras for a while now, and I’ve noticed an issue when I’m traveling. When I’m on a slow satellite connection, streaming video from my cameras often doesn’t work, even when set to 360p. However, I know the camera is connected because it reaches stage 3/3 and asks if I want to update it. It would be fantastic if there was a way to request a snapshot at this stage if streaming times out. Alternatively, maybe a 12-second video snippet or an automatic snapshot on timeout would work. This feature would be super helpful for checking in on my home while traveling. I’m curious if others have encountered this issue or if there’s a workaround I haven’t discovered yet. Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated!
